With a career spanning over 20 years, Kat has shared a stage with many great artists, from Chicago Blues Queens Deitra Farr and Peaches Staten to Blues Hall of Fame inductees Mud Morganfield (Muddy Waters’s eldest son) and Lil’ Jimmy Reed, plus LuLu, Jason Rebello, Tony Remmy, Andy Gangadeen, and many more.
Looking back to her upbringing, Kat hales from a family steeped in the tradition of Gospel hymns and Blues folklore; from Sharecropping in Oklahoma to Civil Rights riots in Los Angeles, her roots go all the way back to the cotton fields of rural Tennessee.
